1. This is a joke court
Petty Court is for entertainment. Verdicts, sentences, and “guilty” outcomes carry no legal weight whatsoever. Nothing here is real legal advice.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you submit. Password resets are handled by email.
3. Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, or hate speech.
- Don’t post real private information (addresses, phone numbers, IDs); blur it in screenshots.
- No impersonation.
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
4. Content & moderation
You own the content you submit and grant us the right to display it to run the site. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Premium
Paid plans (Plus/Pro) are not yet on sale. Premium buys visibility and tools only — never votes, verdicts, or advantage.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.
